Overcomplicating Learning

I've been feeling overwhelmed with learning lately. I often understand the basics, but I end up overcomplicating the process by organizing folders, perfecting my notes, checking different resources, and going too deep into one topic.

I also keep questioning whether I'm learning the "right" way. This makes me spend more time planning and researching than actually practicing. Eventually, I feel stuck and lose sight of what I was trying to learn in the first place.

I'm realizing that this is a form of perfectionism and analysis paralysis. Trying to make everything perfect can make learning slower and more stressful.

I'll keep my learning process simple: use one main resource, take simple notes, practice what I learn, and move forward. I don't need to fully master everything before continuing. I can always come back and improve my understanding later.
